Salta Properties is delighted to announce the appointment of Emma Woodhouse as Chief Operating Officer, a newly created position effective 7 November 2019.

As Chief Operating Officer, Emma will oversee Salta Properties’ development management, project management, asset management and marketing activities, as well as the company’s new industrial construction division.

Salta Properties’ Managing Director, Sam Tarascio, is pleased to welcome Emma into the executive team.

Emma brings a vast skill set to Salta Properties and an extensive background in construction, together with her long history in development management.

Emma joins Salta Properties following a successful career at Lendlease as Development Director, where she was responsible for a large portfolio of projects in Victoria.

Spanning multiple sectors, Emma’s career has seen her manage a wide portfolio of projects across commercial, education and innovation precincts, residential, hotels, retail, as well as urban regeneration and public infrastructure. 

The newly created role of Chief Operating Officer position reflects Salta Properties’ ever-increasing development pipeline and growing number of investment properties under the company’s management.
