Salta has welcomed Australia’s largest tile retailer, Beaumont Tiles, as the latest addition to its burgeoning Nexus Industrial Estate in Dandenong South.
Two brand new institutional-grade logistics facilities at 135-145 Atlas Boulevard were recently completed by delivery partner CIP Construction, with Beaumont Tiles committing to a 10-year lease on one of the facilities which comprises a 14,000sqm warehouse and 590sqm of office space over two levels.
Salta Managing Director Sam Tarascio said the company is committed to shaping the future of industrial and logistics spaces, and meeting market requirements with a forward-thinking approach.
“We are continuing to plan and deliver speculative developments to maintain supply and keep ahead of the growing demand for high-quality, well-designed and strategically located warehouse space in Melbourne’s Southeast.
“This partnership with Beaumont Tiles reinforces the strong appeal of Nexus Dandenong South. Our portfolio showcases a solid track record of delivering top-tier facilities, boasting impressive specifications that continue to draw a high calibre of clients,” Mr. Tarascio said.
Beaumont Tiles Chief Executive Officer, Danny Casey, said “We are excited about incorporating a cutting-edge operational facility into the group's capabilities. This reflects our ongoing commitment to enhancing services for our numerous builder, tiler, trades, and retail customers.”
Located 35km from the CBD, Nexus Dandenong South is already home to major users of freight infrastructure including a 40,000sqm Regional Distribution Centre for Bunnings, owner of Beaumont Tiles.
The lease was brokered by CBRE Senior Director David Aiello. Enquiry for the second warehouse facility at 145 Atlas Boulevard remains strong, which demonstrates how Nexus Dandenong South is meeting the needs of major industrial clients, today and into the future.
