Salta Properties is pleased to announce the appointment of our new Director, Asset Management,  Melissa Kidd. Salta is excited to have Melissa joining the team in the new year.

Melissa is currently Division Councillor of the Property Council of Australia Victorian Division Council and a member of the Commercial Real Estate Committee for the Property Council of Australia. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) from RMIT, majoring in Valuations, she has also completed the Agents Representative Certificate at Swinburne University and holds a full Victorian Estate Agents License. 

Across her career Melissa has held senior property positions at Chesterton International, Knight Frank Australia, Dexus Property Group, AMP Capital and her current role as Head of Asset Management at ARA/ESR Australia.

Director, Asset Management position is an important role within the Salta Senior Leadership team, and we are thrilled to have secured the experience and leadership Melissa brings. Her focus will be on leading the Facilities Management, Asset Management and Space Real Estate portfolios for Salta Properties, providing strategic leadership in the planning, development, maintenance, and operations of Salta owned and Joint Venture assets.
