Salta Properties has secured premier logistics and warehousing provider Kings Group as a tenant at Nexus Industrial Estate, Dandenong South.

Kings Group will occupy the 143 Portlink Drive development, which is currently under construction and due for completion in November 2022. The new development will include 15,138sqm of custom-built warehousing and two levels of office space totalling 725sqm.

Salta Properties, Managing Director Sam Tarascio welcomed Kings Group, which has signed a five-year lease as the latest tenant at the industrial precinct.

“The agreement with Kings Group reinforces Nexus Dandenong South’s position as a first-class industrial estate that appeals to tenants of all sizes due to its connections to the city, the Port of Melbourne, and major commercial, retail and residential areas,” said Mr Tarascio.

The emerging Nexus Industrial Estate plays an integral role in Salta Properties’ inland port strategy, a long-term initiative aimed at improving freight efficiency across the state of Victoria.
