Construction to commence on OneFourFive Clarendon Street

 

Salta Properties has commenced construction of its latest seven level city fringe commercial development, OneFourFive Clarendon Street, Southbank.

Sam Tarascio, Managing Director of Salta Properties, said “We’re excited to get OneFourFive underway. Macbuild has been appointed as our construction partner and completion is scheduled for Q3, 2022,” said Mr Tarascio.
