Construction begins for Martin Brower at Nexus Dandenong South

Salta Properties has officially commenced construction on the specialist industrial warehouse facility for Martin Brower ANZ, a leading supply chain solutions provider for restaurant chains around Australia, at its expanding Nexus Industrial Estate in Dandenong South.

Martin Brower has pre-committed to 666sqm of office space and 10,076sqm sqm of custom warehousing on a 15-year lease term.

The project will be Salta’s first 5 Star certified Green Star industrial development with considerable solar installation.

Committed to tailoring solutions to meet their client’s needs, Salta Properties has specifically designed a warehouse for Martin Brower, which comprises single tenancy bespoke industrial requirements inclusive of chillers, freezers, and loading dock.

Salta Properties, Managing Director, Sam Tarascio welcomed Martin Brower as its latest tenant at the industrial precinct and highlighted the importance of working collaboratively with our tenants and clients to develop solutions to meet their needs.

Works have officially commenced on site and are being carried out by FDC Building. Completion is scheduled for late 2023.

Martin Brower joins the list of well-known tenants at Nexus Industrial Estate, Dandenong South including Visa Global Logistics, Haulotte Australia Pty Ltd, Silk Logistics and Bunnings.
