2018 in review

Salta Properties celebrates another successful and prosperous year and thanks its staff, clients, suppliers and other stakeholders for their contribution to the year’s success.

We continue to see growth at what is Victoria’s largest suburban business park through developing 10 Nexus Court, which was 96 per cent leased on completion. We welcomed a number of new tenants to our line up including City Holdings, Group 4, Brenntag, Entrust Datacard and Knight Frank.

We have planning well underway for a number of commercial developments, most notably our exciting precinct on Church Street in Richmond.

In the industrial portfolio, we concluded developments at Nexus Dandenong for VISA and Silk Logistics and received approval for two new buildings.

The residential portfolio travelled well with sales commencing at Walmer Street in Abbotsford and expected launch for 249 QP in North Fitzroy in the new year. We are also working to combat market challenges through pioneering the build-to-rent space with residential projects planned at Docklands and Victoria Gardens.
